Nature never did betray the heart that loved her.
-William Wordsworth
I haven’t ever written a travel blog, I can’t say this is a blog or not all I am doing is writing out my experiences to the places I have been so that it could be easy for others to visit and explore the beauty.
Karjat is located in Raigad district in Maharashtra it self. The only thing we always underestimate is the place we live, we should always explore the places near us and then the places away from us. Karjat is maximum two to major three hours away from Mumbai if you take the mumbai-pune highway. I wouldn’t say I went to the main karjat but I explored a nearby place which had peace and I could dilute myself with the beauty and the atmosphere.
I went to this place called Bhilavle in Karjat. You can always book farm houses or hotel nearby there are multiple apps which provides access to houses, bungalows at a cheaper price compared to hotels. Karjat can be a weekend getaway from all the hustle-bustle of the city which can disrupt your mind while the place I visited gave me peace.
As I said Karjat is in Raigad district you can always have a drop for your breakfast or lunch at the Macdonald panvel and move ahead with your destination. Bhilavle is beautiful but the scenic beauty over there is mesmerising. Nothing could match what nature provide us. Nature can give you peace, strength and guide you as well.

We were a bunch of people and went to trekking and exploring this radiant beauty. The roads are little bouncy but, it’s all worth when you get to see the mesmerizing sunsets and the divine waterfall. You won’t be able to help but say wow!!! Empty roads always take you to beautiful destinations which I absolutely agree. The best time I suggest is September-October not too rainy or breezy. The temperature is neutral not too cold nor warm just a more cozy.

I believe every picture has its own story to say and all the above picture have their own stories, after many delete and cancel I’ve shot some clicks from my phone none are taken from google or any other website. There’s Bhilavle Dam in the third picture where you can have your legs dip in the water or just sit around and watch the beautiful sunset or can play with your friends in the water. The roads for trekking are both risky and good, I’ll say some are risky while some are good. You should have nice pair of shoes no slippers or sandal.

I apologize for the emoji photo I didn’t have a single photo of the mesmerizing waterfall. Early in the morning we went to waterfall and it was worth it, the water is as pure as a sparkling diamond. I turned fair to my actual skin tone can’t believe but true, all the tanning from my face and hands just vanished, the purity of nature is delightful.
If you are a nature lover I can guarantee you a great weekend at Bhilavle cause it’s all about enchanting beauty that nature has to offer, the trees, the mountains, the breeze, plants and the roads itself. The fog, the clouds, the wind, the hues of the sunset just add cherry to the fine beauty. Nature has immense happiness inside it if you explore it without providing any harm. Like wordsworth said “Nature never did betray the heart that loved her” indeed true.
